Consulate General of Nepal in Chengdu organized a ceremony in its premises yesterday on 29 May the 15th Republic Day of Nepal. At the onset, Consul General, Mr. Dinesh Kumar Ghimire welcomed the members from Non-Residential Nepali community and Consulate General family present in the ceremony and extended his greetings on the occasion. The formal program started with the National Anthem followed by flag hoisting by the Consul General. He also read out the message from Rt Honorable President Mrs Bidhya Devi Bhandari to all the Nepalis living in Nepal and beyong on the occasion of 15th Republic Day.
After the formal program, Consulate General also held meeting with Non-Residential Nepali community on the issues of Nepalis living in Sichuan.
